Elite Women of Excellence What We Do

OUR PROGRAMS

Four Pillars

EWOE provides a safe space for honest conversations in a judgment-free environment. We help girls and parents be more intentional in their relationships and unconditional in their love.

Our programs welcome girls of all backgrounds and are built around four pillars:

Pillar 1: Personal Enrichment

Helping each girl discover who she is —her identity, her strengths, and her purpose guided by biblical principles.

Pillar 2: Family Connections

Engaging parents as partners, fostering communication, and building stronger bonds at home.

Pillar 3: Care & Compassion

Teaching girls to serve others and extend the love of Christ to their communities.

Pillar 4: Moral Discernment

Training young women to navigate life’s complexities with wisdom and courage.

Cotillion

By Invitation | A Journey of Transformation

Cotillion is the crown of the Impact Mentoring Program,  a nine-month journey of personal growth, spiritual development, and lasting friendship. This exclusive experience is for young women dedicated to becoming all God has created them to be.

More than etiquette training, Cotillion walks alongside each participant as she discovers her passions, her purpose, her source of strength, and the principles that will guide her life.

What Cotillion Includes:

  • Deep spiritual formation and biblical teaching
  • Personal development and character building
  • Etiquette, poise, and presentation skills
  • Lifelong friendships and sisterhood
  • Mentorship from godly women

The Celebration: The program culminates in a formal presentation—an elegant evening of white gowns, choreographed dances, and celebration. But more than a beautiful event, it’s a declaration: these young women are confident, grounded in faith, and ready to impact their world.

Family Connection

Events, Retreats & Experiences That Transform

At EWOE, we believe strong families raise strong daughters. That’s why we offer optional activities and events designed to deepen the relationships between girls and their parents, especially fathers. These experiences create space for meaningful conversation, shared memories, and the kind of connection that lasts a lifetime.

Throughout the year, EWOE hosts workshops, conferences, and retreats designed to engage girls and their families in spiritual, relational, and personal growth.

Featured Events:

Denim and Pearls: This dinner brings our high school seniors and dads, or other father role models, together to explore the value of moral standards in dating, encouraging graduates to approach relationships with honesty, boundaries, and integrity.

Mother-Daughter Retreat: A weekend of bonding, honest conversation, and intentional connection between moms and daughters.

Career Workshops: Hands-on preparation for life after high school, including mock interviews, networking practice, and career exploration.

Strength in Our Stories: Helping parents understand teen culture and learn how to have meaningful conversations about the topics that matter most.

Extending Our Reach

We partner with schools, churches, and youth-serving organizations to bring our mentoring approach to girls who might not otherwise have access to mentoring. Through monthly Lunch & Learn sessions, we serve girls in grades 7–12 with workshops designed to enhance decision-making and inform life choices.

Our goal is to help every girl understand how today’s choices shape tomorrow’s outcomes—breaking cycles, building hope, and pointing toward a better future.
