Raising Daughters of Purpose, Faith & Excellence

EWOE partners with families to help young women develop the character and moral clarity they need to lead with integrity.

It Started with a Mother’s Heart

Over two decades ago, one mom asked a simple question: Where can my daughters find friends who share our faith and values?

That question became a calling.

What began as a small circle of like-minded families has grown into Elite Women of Excellence—a Christ-centered mentoring ministry that has poured into the lives of more than 1,500 young women across metro Atlanta.

“Few organizations discuss the real things that teenage girls experience. This organization not only assists with the situations that teen girls go through on a daily basis, but also gives us support from other teen girls as well as experienced adults.”

— Riana, participant

“One of EWOE’s successes is seeing so many girls graduate with service efforts under their belts along with educational goals and aspirations. It’s also great to see girls return to the organization to share what they’ve learned post-EWOE.”

— Sheryl S., parent and advisory board member

“EWOE, is a blessing! It will strengthen your family values and motivate you to become the best version you can be with Biblical principles. This organization has been life-changing for myself and my daughter. I am so grateful for Mrs. Lisa and everyone that makes up this great organization!”
