Our girls need volunteers like you!

Volunteering with EWOE can be as simple as facilitating or leading a single session or as committed as regularly sharing your skills and talents as a group coordinator. We also have special event and prayer teams, as well as other opportunities too.

We welcome volunteers who can make a regular monthly commitment, as well as those who can give just a day or a few hours. You let us know what suits you best. We’ll find the best way to honor your schedule and our girls.

Coordinator

Coordinators serve as a support to facilitators and participants, helping to manage workshops and events by greeting guests, taking attendance, setting up supplies and activities, serving snacks, and generally providing a successful, smooth experience for all involved. Serving as a coordinator is an annual commitment that requires attendance at two events each month (approximately 6–8 hours/total).

Facilitator

The primary aim of EWOE is to encourage and inspire teen girls through exposure to ideas and experiences. Our facilitators are the heart of that effort, providing educational, confidence-building, and character-building content at our workshops, conferences, and retreats. Topics span a wide variety of subjects such as career planning, financial management, health and hygiene, sexual awareness, and values and ethics. Serving as a facilitator for a single workshop requires 3–4 hours of your time.

Mentor

One of the most formative experiences for our Senior Elite participants is connecting one-to-one with a mentor. Professional women and EWOE alumnae are encouraged to volunteer as mentors, sharing their real-world experiences and helping to build a bridge into the next generation. Mentors help our teens to think about and plan for life after high school and exert a powerful, godly influence in their lives. Volunteering as a mentor takes just a few hours a month.

Events Team

Every EWOE event presents opportunities for myriad gifts and talents. Contribute by helping with set-up, welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, serving as an EWOE ambassador at an information table, working on the event planning committee, and more. Evening with Elite is our hallmark annual fundraising event and provides numerous opportunities, with varying commitment levels, to connect and to support our mission.
