Leslie Millett

Leslie Millett graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is an alumna of the inaugural class of Elite Women of Excellence (EWOE). As Manager of Special Projects and Operations, she strengthens the organization’s systems, strategy, and execution.

Leslie is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt who brings a process-driven approach and commitment to operational excellence to every initiative. She began her career at a Fortune 500 company where she worked as a Program Manage. Her corporate experience provides strategic insight, project management expertise, and organizational acumen that support EWOE’s ongoing growth and impact.

In addition to her part-time role with EWOE, Leslie is Admissions Director at a private school, overseeing recruitment, enrollment strategy, and family engagement. Her passion for developing young women is evident in her work, both professionally and personally, as a graduate of the program she now helps advance.

Her progression from EWOE alumna to staff leader demonstrates the organization’s mission and the lasting impact of investing in girls today to shape the women of tomorrow.
