With a heart for encouragement and a passion for investing in teenage girls, Lisa founded Elite Women of Excellence to create the community she wished existed for her own daughters. As Executive Director, she develops strategic initiatives and oversees the ministry’s overall direction. Lisa serves on the Cobb Horizon Counselors Advisory Team, was named 2023 Volunteer of the Year at Cobb Horizon High School, and received the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Torch Award for Educational Development in 2017. Lisa holds a B.A. in Human Resource Management from Kennesaw State University (cum laude). She and her husband, Larry, have three adult children.
