Faith Jefferson

Faith Jefferson began her journey with the organization as a dedicated volunteer, serving faithfully for several years before stepping into her current role as Program Manager. Her progression from volunteer to staff reflects her deep commitment to the mission and her natural leadership.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and a Master of Education from the University of Arizona Global Campus. Guided by her Christian faith, Faith is passionate about helping young people discover their potential and thrive. 

Faith brings more than a decade of experience in onboarding, instructor-led facilitation, and virtual training. Her professional background also includes instructional design, project management, and youth development training. She blends her corporate training expertise with youth-centered programming to create impactful learning experiences that foster growth, confidence, and purpose. 

Her leadership is marked by excellence, compassion, and a genuine calling to invest in the next generation.
