Tonika Anderson

Tonika Anderson serves as a Mentor with a depth of lived experience and relational wisdom that powerfully equips her for the role. A mother of an alumna and two currently enrolled daughters, her journey with the organization began more than a decade ago when she first enrolled her eldest daughter in the program. What started as a parent partnership has grown into a meaningful leadership role impacting many families.

A native of Boston, Mass., Tonika is a devoted wife and mother of six children. As a home educator, she has intentionally invested in her children’s academic, emotional, and spiritual development while cultivating a nurturing, disciplined learning environment.

Her experience working with youth spans many years as a Sunday School teacher and mentor, where she has consistently demonstrated a heart for guiding young people toward confidence, character, and healthy decision-making. She is also a trained healthy relationship professional, equipping young women and families with practical tools for building strong, respectful relationships.

Blending personal experience, faith, and hands-on youth development, Tonika brings authenticity, wisdom, and compassion to her mentoring. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to strengthening families and walking alongside girls as they grow into purposeful young women.
