As Executive Operations Director at United Church, Len is recognized for building effective systems and fostering high-performing cultures. She is also co-founder and CEO of Everlasting Love Fulfillment, a third-party logistics (3PL) company that supports minority e-commerce brands with comprehensive fulfillment services and advanced logistics solutions. Len Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts and an MFA – Vocal Performance from East Carolina University.
As the parent of a teenage daughter, she is personally committed to the EWOE mission and understands the importance of preparing the next generation of women to lead and succeed.
