“EWOE is an organization like any other. I got involved because I believed in the mission and had no idea how much fun I would have with the girls and with the staff. Having an organization that wants to teach life skills in a fun way is a breathe of fresh air. The chosen method is through cultivating healthy relationships with themselves, their family and other people. Although it’s offered to middle school and high school girls most graduates come back to volunteer because of the impact EWOE has had on their lives and want to give back to the next group of girls. The organization has now started a program that offers mentorship through the first year of college and has potential scholarship opportunities. I wish I would have been in the program when I was younger, and now I bring my nieces and they love it! If you are wanting a safe, nonjudgmental, and fun environment you’ve come to the right place!”
