“I have two daughters that participated in the EWOE mentoring program. It was absolutely invaluable to them both. They were both able to have the opportunity to participate in essential workshops and had access to a myriad of community service opportunities. These activities helped them grow and discover who they were and who they wanted to be. The emphasis on Christianity added to the foundation of what we had been teaching them at home and has helped them continue to be focused, grounded and seeking a relationship with God. They learned so much about the college process, even having the chance to attend SAT prep courses that boosted their confidence levels and gave them an leg up at test time. The program also reinforced abstinence which really stuck with both of my girls giving them the foundation and confidence to know they are precious and that waiting is a good thing.
